To deliver next-gen customer experiences, Logitech Hong Kong launched a new DTC platform called, Logitechclub.com, built to bridge online and offline engagement. At the heart of this experience? OMNI Loyalty. A Shopify loyaltyl solution to reward fans, boost retention, and drive omnichannel growth.

The OMNI Solution

Tiered Memberships & Personalized Rewards

Using OMNI’s points and VIP program, Logitech launched a flexible loyalty structure that allowed them to segment customers and offer tailored benefits like student discounts, birthday offers, and exclusive member perks. This helped the brand recognize and reward its most valuable customers, while nurturing new relationships from the very first purchase.

Omnichannel Shopping Experience

Whether customers purchased online or in-store, OMNI ensured their loyalty data was synchronized across channels (including marketing tools like Klaviyo) using Shopify POS. Members could earn points, redeem gifts, and enjoy personalized discounts from any touchpoint, creating a frictionless, unified customer journey.

O2O Campaigns with Real-Time Rewards

To drive loyalty sign-ups and boost engagement at offline events, Logitech used OMNI’s custom Klaviyo integration to trigger automated gift redemption flows. With just a few clicks, new members received a QR code to redeem gifts at in-person pop-ups, no paperwork required. This helped Logitech achieve a 468% increase in member sign-ups during campaign periods.
